Donna Villian - Phoebe Phobia - Redue

Decided to try a new color scheme for Phoebe. I think she looks good in yellow. Also I believe yellow is a color best corresponding to fear. I've also been working on her personality a little. I'm thinking she would have one of those odd chuckle/snorty laughs, kind of like Charmcaster from Ben Ten Omniverse. Also, she's desperate for a guy. Like while she and her two thugs are robbing a jewelry store, if she sees a handsome guy she'll take he time to flirt with them. However, due to her little "condition" it always ends in disaster and it just motivates her more to rob said store.

Her name is Phoebe Phobia! She's a human with an unusual condition. When she exhales she creates a hallucination powder which, when it makes direct skin contact or inhaled, makes her victims see their worst fears. It only last for a few hours though so it's not permanent. She also has two henchmen who follow her every orders. I see them wearing hazmat suits since it's the only way to keep them safe from her "terrifying" breathe.

Back Story - Phoebe was once a respected scientist. She was recently researching on a new tropical flower that was recently discovered which happen to give off the same type of fear inducing pollen. One day a freak accident happen in the lab and she was exposed to a concentrated dose of the pollen. She seemed alright except she noticed she kept exhaling out the pollen out of her lungs and couldn't stop. Eventually everyone steered clear off her since breathing the pollen she produced made them experience their worse fears. Her social life was ruined and as a result she resorted to a life of crime.
